Fund member/s currently receive a 12% annual return on a 36-month investment

with monthly interest payments and full repayment of the principal at the end of the term. Phoenix Sovereign originates loans to Container Homes at a 12% APR, and all gains are passed through to investors with no no fees. Additionally, all loans are fully collateralized, ensuring a secured investment structure designed for stability and reliability.

Loans Proceeds

Funds provided to Phoenix Sovereign are used for the acquisition of inventory, equipment, or real estate. All loans are fully secured by collateral such as inventory (homes), receivables, or real estate assets. The collateral is unencumbered and maintains a loan-to-value (LTV) ratio of 70% or less. What are Container Homes?

Phoenix Sovereign LLC offers RV Parks with Container Homes ranging from 320 to 4000 square feet, thoughtfully designed for private and comfortable living. Each model includes a complete kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, washer/dryer, and combined dining and living area.

A key advantage of the Container Homes is that it provides an increase in revenue during RV Park slow season as well as all year long.

Built with a robust internal steel frame, these Container Homes are engineered for exceptional durability, significantly outlasting traditional stick-built houses. Their construction minimizes susceptibility to common issues like mold and rot, which can degrade conventional building materials.
